Tell-a-Friend Terms of Service

1. With the exception of color and <center tags>, Tell-a-friend must not be modified in either design or content

2. Insert Your Company is not liable for any result(s) of the use of Tell-a-Friend

3. Insert Your Company reserves the right to block IPs, domains or URLs from using Tell-a-Friend, and/or it's components

4. ISPs of competition entrants that repeatedly submit identical email addresses (mail bombing), anonymously or otherwise, or submit 'illigitimate friends', are notified of the entrant's action. The entrant's ISP is then responsible for appropriate action for the spamming

5. No part of Tell-a-Friend's code or design may be extracted or used independently from the original design without prior written consent from Insert Your Company

6. Insert Your Company reserves the right to alter Tell-a-Friend Terms of Service, and will provide 48 hours prior notice to any TOS alterations
